Delete Your Zebite Data
Two ways to remove what Zebite holds about you — clear everything and keep your account, or delete the account itself.

The short version
- "Clear all data" in the app wipes your pantry, plans, lists and history instantly, and keeps you signed in.
- Deleting your account removes everything, including your sign-in and subscription record — email us to request it.
- We complete a verified account-deletion request within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
- Community price contributions are kept, detached from your account, since other users' budgets already rely on them.

Option 1 — Clear your data, keep your Zebite account
This runs instantly, entirely in the app. No email required.
- Open Zebite and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left of the Home screen.
- Scroll to the "Danger zone" section.
- Tap "Clear all data" and confirm.
If you own a Household with other members, you'll be asked to leave or hand it over first — a shared pantry and meal plan aren't only yours to delete.
Option 2 — Delete your account
This removes your account and everything tied to it. It isn't a button in the app yet, so it's a request to us.
- Email hello@zhevion.com from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject line.
- Tell us the email your account uses, so we can find and verify it.
- We'll confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Community grocery prices are shared publicly by design and never shown with anyone's identity attached — your account id is stored only so the database can tell your rows apart from someone else's, and it never appears on screen. We keep these entries, detached from your account, even after deletion, so other users' budgets aren't disrupted. Ask us to remove yours too in the same email and we will.
How long it takes
- Clear all data: immediate. There is no retention window.
- Account deletion: completed within 30 days of a verified request, and we confirm when it's done.
