What this covers
This policy covers the Zhevion website at zhevion.com, including its portfolio pages and project-inquiry form. The Zebite and RepForge mobile apps are separate products with their own privacy policies and terms.

Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information in an inquiry unless you are authorised to share it and are comfortable sending it by email. A short description is enough for a first conversation.
No advertising or analytics tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics services, tracking pixels, social-media tracking buttons, or session-recording tools on this website. We do not build a browsing profile about you or sell personal information.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, or another material way of processing personal information, we will update this policy before using it.
How an inquiry reaches us
The project-inquiry form sends the information you enter directly to Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider, which forwards it to our email inbox. Web3Forms states that it processes and forwards submissions rather than storing them as form records; its documentation also says that server logs containing personal information may be retained for up to two months. Web3Forms uses servers in the United States, so your inquiry may be processed there before it reaches us.
We use service providers only to operate the site and receive inquiries. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own marketing. Their processing is also governed by their own policies and terms.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries and email correspondence only for as long as the conversation, potential engagement, record-keeping, or a legal obligation reasonably requires. We review old inquiries periodically and delete information we no longer need.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing hello@zhevion.com. We may retain a minimal record where necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud.
Hosting and links out
Like any website, our hosting and network providers process standard request information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to market to you or build a profile about you.
This site links out to LinkedIn, GitHub, the app stores and our own personal pages. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to be informed about our processing, access or correct your personal information, object to processing, request erasure or blocking, receive a copy where applicable, and raise a concern with a privacy regulator. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, these rights include being informed about processing and requesting access, correction, or erasure in appropriate circumstances.
To make a request, email hello@zhevion.com with “Website privacy” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we aim to respond within 30 days. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the date at the top.
