  • Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it, copy its content for commercial use, or misuse the inquiry form.
  • A project starts only when both sides agree in a separate written agreement.
  • The site may link to third parties, whose content and policies are their own.

Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of zhevion.com. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only; the Zebite and RepForge apps have their own terms.

Site content and intellectual property

The site design, copy, code, Zhevion name and visual identity are owned by Zhevion or used with permission. Project names, logos, screenshots, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Use the site responsibly

  • Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Do not use the inquiry form to send spam, unlawful material, or content you are not authorised to share.
  • Do not present yourself as Zhevion, its team, or a client or partner of Zhevion without permission.

Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, a duty to take on the work, a partnership, or a binding agreement. We may choose whether to respond or pursue an engagement. If we decide to work together, scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, ownership, and timelines will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Do not submit trade secrets, highly sensitive information, or other confidential material through the form unless we have separately agreed in writing to receive it.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Portfolio and service information may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhevion and Zendrex Adversalo are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
